[comedy/spoof; runtime: 8 1/2 minutes] Inside Scoop: This little gem is something that not a lot of people know about and generates some... mixed buzz. It was filmed during a break from Bullets and Mascara in 2006 and each shot was done in one take. Anywho, it's pretty rare. Synopsis: The tale of two assassins, their sensei and his pet duck. The two young, amazingly attractive assassins assassinate a man and take possession of his suitcase. But when his twin sister finds out, shit hits the fan in this bloody tale of good versus evil. [action/homage/spoof/comedy; runtime: 38 minutes] Inside Scoop: The one that put us out there for the most part. The finished product was completely different than what we initially thought of. Originally, it was supposed to be absolutely crazy, slapstick-ish, and everyone was gonna play like five different roles ala Monty Python. But we can all say that we prefer what really went down. Granted, it has its errors in continuity and such, but we like it. Two sequels are currently in the works, but we have no idea when they'll even be made. Download the film in its entirety HERE! [exploitation/horror; runtime: 15 1/2 minutes] Inside Scoop: The film that was made instead of Bullets & Mascara 2 (long story). The schedule for this movie was extremely tight, so we couldn't put a lot of work into lighting and such. Even if we did, it would have been impossible to light the set, as there was no electricity there. Well... I guess we could have used flashlights but... we were in a hurry, damnit. Synopsis: A group of college students are invited to a Bed & Breakfast where they discover some bizarre coincidences with deadly results. [comedy/horror; runtime: 36 minutes] Inside Scoop: This was the project that really cemented two Buffa Clare and JMT philosophies... Number One: When we sit down and plan out a project months in advance, the probability of it actually being made is about 75% less than the chance of us coming up with something on the spot that works way better. Seriously. Joe had a script and shots planned out for another project, but it never took off. We sat down the night before shooting at a Waffle House at about 11pm and came up with Old Country.
